私は、弁護士１～２年目に宮崎で活動していましたが、その際、ある犯罪被害者支援事案及び少年事件に出会い、それらをきっかけに、被害者と子どもの分野に特化して専門性を高め、少しでも傷ついた方々の力になれる弁護士になりたい、という思いを持ち研鑽を積んできました。
被害者の方々の中には、加害者こそ責められるべきにもかかわらず、自らを責めてしまう方が多いと感じますが、そんな方々には「あなたは悪くない」という当たり前のメッセージを、私の活動を通じ実感してもらえるような仕事をしたいと思っています。
子どもについては、虐待やいじめなどで深く傷ついた方々は、被害者になるか加害者になるか紙一重と感じることが多く、私は、弁護士として、どんな子どもにとっても、１００パーセント味方である「代理人」や「付添人」でありたいと思っています。
「美雨（みう）」という当事務所の名前には、人生の雨の中にいる方々が、私が関わらせていただくことによって、それぞれに美しい虹を見つけていただけるような仕事をしたい、という思いを込めています。
I started practicing law in Miyazaki, a southwestern part of Japan. In the early days of my career, I encountered one crime victim support case and one juvenile case which led me to my current areas of interest. Since then, I have been striving in order to support my injured clients with highly specialized legal services.
Although offenders should be blamed, most of my clients as victims tend to blame themselves. I do want to tell them "it is not your fault." With my support, I want them to actually understand this message.
Children who are abused or bullied can be both victims or offenders. I will be with them as their representative or attendant; that is, a dedicated supporter and a dependable lawyer for them.
The name of my office, "Miu," means "beautiful rain" in Japanese. I believe my clients will find their rainbows after the rainy days.
